She Closed In

She closed in; her eyes severe against the glass of her skin as they found mine, her limbs a stark contrast to her piercing stare. With the rhythm of a dancer the fluidity of her step seemed like one clean swoop as she closed in on her prey. Tonight, that happened to be me. I stood naked, bare in a room filled with others gallivanting, grazing, swinging, sweating, and searching. I felt my lips part as she drifted towards my body. Her hunt would be effortless, unlike the breaths I took in those few moments.
The others watched as she weaved around them. They saw her eyes, night against the dawn of her skin, search me, feel me and touch me, but their minds saw only the hunter, the gatherer, the emulating beauty that she possessed.
She was closer than before. The bass and drum of the music caused my chest to convulse against the thought of her flesh against mine. The lights moved across the room but they froze against her skin, her hair the weave that pulled her through.
My throat began to feel dry; my mouth wet with desire, a familiar feeling began to arise.
She pulled through; her arrow had struck the target. Eyelids closed, I only felt her hand slide around my waist. A shiver of delight swam along my spine. I arched my back slightly as her cold fingers ran themselves up the small of my back, along the line of the bridge. She began to move to the rhythm that she has nested for the two of us, slow against the fast tempo of the drums that played around our bodies. For a moment I was still like a corpse, cold against the honey that dripped from the smooth velvet of her skin. Carefully she held my hand, and helped it find its way around her hip. I cupped my palm and fingers around the curve of her skin. With her hand still carefully around mine, she swang her pelvis to the motion of the sound, her bones alive under her flesh. Her hand slowly made the journey up my arm towards the hill of my shoulder; her fingertips explored my collarbone and then finally found solace in my pounding pulse. With her hand against my neck, my throat ran dry and my pulse found a new beat. The palm she stamped firmly against my spine she ordered to move me closer; our bodies collided as they swang close. Her breasts found a curve in mine as our skin explored new territory.
With exasperation, my lips began to dry as they fell apart to breathe in new air. I pulled my tongue to salivate my parted lips, and she responded with a wild smile that bared her sharp teeth against the soft pillows of her lips.
With strength the hold against my neck held tighter as she began to paw towards the back, finding her way to the rock and nape of my spine, under my hair.
Her pelvis felt prominent against mine, our bones colliding in the fire between them. I did not loosen my grip on her body; I made my mark against her territory.
Her thigh slipped between mine and grazed upwards and slowly downwards, begging me to open. With desire her dark eyes found mine. They made all intentions clear. Her tongue appeared between her lips, and slid to the corner of her mouth. Her hand pressed against my neck just as my fingers found her jaw line, defined against her long neck. The tip of her nose brushed my flushed cheek and as I opened my mouth and let my head fall back, the curves of her lips found my throat, the veins of my neck and the pulse that kept my breath alive. Her bottom lip ploughed against my jaw, her teeth edged across the bone and her tongue reigned close. Hot breath escaped and I could nearly taste her.
We took one slow swoop of the boat as our thighs pressed together, and only then did she catch her prey; her parted lips searched for the curves of mine and she laid her poison. The venom took my breath and shook my insides. Her tongue met mine and demanded its surrender. Her mouth moved with rhythm and I felt her jaw click under my fingertips. Her tongue departed from mine for a moment as it scratched against the back of my front teeth and then the part of my lips.
She kept my mind in mesmerisation so that I could never predict her next attack.
The burn between my thighs ignited with excited fire as her hand moved across my hip, and growled in front of the cave of her destination. Her tongue slowed and followed careful maps inside my mouth as her fingertips slipped down. I felt her lips curve; she smiled in victory. An electric wave shot through my body as I moved with her. I let out a sound and a breath with her lips still planted against mine. I could feel her closer than before as her attack burned through her prey. With a powerful volt of energy she rammed against me and a sound I could not prevent escaped from inside of me. Her lips pulled away from mine as her eyes searched for mine again. That piercing stare I had felt from a distance was now at close range. My limbs were no longer numb, but as fluid as her bodily movements. Her eyes swooped through mine, stalking my stare and daring me to look away. I could not; her venom possessed my mind.
With one clean motion she smirked at me, released me from her clasp and instead found my hand. The fingers that had possessed me discovered my chin, and grazed against my lips. Her stare was still there, piercing me with intimidation. Her teeth, now shining bright against her smiling lips contrasted her dark windows, and with the clean sweep of an eagle, she turned; her head spinning and her hair weaving, towards the exit, where the moon called for her and where I would surely follow her. We disappeared together, I the prey and she the hunter.
The next morning it was I who was starving for her.
